Power Bank MOQ & Lead Time Reference
Compare MOQ and lead time as a set of constraints, not one headline number. Product platform, color, packaging, cells, PCBA, tooling, compliance work and approval timing can all change the practical order quantity and shipment schedule.

ZEROSET MOQ & Lead Time at a Glance
Use these figures as the current commercial planning baseline, then confirm the exact project against model, customization, packaging, certification and production schedule.
Mature Models
From 1,000 pcs / model / design. For current mature models, existing private-mold selection and normal OEM branding projects.
Standard Colors
From 500 pcs / color. Color split is subject to the total project MOQ and available standard colors.
Deep Platform ODM
From 2,000 pcs / model. For deeper PCB, interface, cable, battery or internal-structure changes requiring engineering re-validation.
New Private Mold
From 3,000 pcs / design. For complete new-product development from concept through tooling, prototype and validation.
Standard Sample
Typically 7–10 days. Applies to mature models or normal branding samples; custom engineering work needs separate confirmation.
Mass Production
Typically around 30 days. Used as a mature-project baseline after the required approvals and release conditions are complete.
Note: MOQ and lead time may vary by model, customization scope, packaging, certification requirements and production schedule.

What Can Change MOQ or Timing?
Use the headline figures as a starting point, then check the project-specific constraints below before confirming an order or shipment date.
01 · Product & Platform
Mature model, deep platform modification or full new development changes both MOQ and engineering scope.
02 · Color & CMF
Standard colors can follow the normal split; special Pantone, coating, resin or material effects may need separate evaluation.
03 · Packaging & Approval
Artwork, proofing, printing, inserts and retail packaging can create their own approval and material timeline.
04 · Components & Compliance
Special cells, PCBAs, cables, tooling or market-specific testing/document work can add purchasing thresholds and lead time.

How to Read the Lead-Time Clock
Before the Clock Starts
Confirm the model/specification, sample state, packaging/artwork, required documents and commercial release conditions. A production window should not hide unfinished approvals.
Mature-Project Production
Typically around 30 days after the required approvals, payment/release conditions and material readiness are complete. Final timing follows the confirmed production schedule.
Deep ODM / New Private Mold
Separate engineering schedule required. PCB, structure, tooling, prototype, validation and certification work must be evaluated independently; the mature-project 30-day baseline is not a full development cycle.
Buyer check: define the exact clock-start event, separate sample/approval time from mass production, and record any long-lead component, tooling, testing or document work that can move the shipment date.

Power Bank MOQ & Lead Time FAQ
What is ZEROSET’s MOQ for mature models?
Current mature models and existing private-mold selections are evaluated from 1,000 pcs per model / design.
Can the order be split into different colors?
Standard or available colors can typically be split from 500 pcs per color, while the total project MOQ still applies.
How long do standard samples and mass production take?
For mature projects, standard samples are typically 7–10 days and mass production is typically around 30 days, subject to approvals, packaging, certification requirements and the production schedule.
Do deep ODM and new private-mold projects use the same lead time?
No. Deep platform ODM and complete new private-mold development require separate engineering confirmation for prototype, tooling, validation and transfer to mass production.
What can change the quoted MOQ or shipment date?
Model, customization depth, special colors, packaging, components, certification/document work, buyer approvals and the current production schedule can all change the final project basis.
