AC PLUG POWER BANK SERIES / OEM & ODM
Wall Charging and Portable Power in One Product
AC Plug Power Bank Manufacturer for Travel and Retail Projects
ZEROSET develops AC plug power bank platforms that combine wall-connected charging and portable battery power in one enclosure. Compare compact Type-C platforms, multifunction watch-charging models and integrated cable configurations for branded retail projects.
An AC plug power bank can operate while connected to a wall outlet and can also provide portable charging from its internal battery. Adapter-mode and power-bank-mode specifications must be evaluated separately.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE CATEGORY
One charging product for the wall, the journey and everyday use.
An AC plug power bank combines a wall-connected charging function with an internal portable battery. When connected to an appropriate outlet, the product can operate in adapter mode. Away from the outlet, it can operate in power bank mode.
The two operating modes have separate electrical specifications. Buyers should compare AC input, adapter-mode output, battery-mode input and output, cable configuration, port layout, enclosure dimensions and the intended destination market.
An integrated AC plug does not automatically make the product a universal travel adapter. Plug structure, outlet compatibility, electrical requirements, labeling and certification must be evaluated for each destination market.
Best fit: travel retail, mobile-accessory and all-in-one charging projects that need wall charging and portable battery capacity in one product platform.
02 / COMPARE STARTING PLATFORMS
Three AC charging directions for different product requirements.
F92, F90 and the F82 family represent three product routes: compact Type-C charging, watch-charging functionality and a larger integrated cable and USB-A configuration.
Specifications are reference values from the supplied ZEROSET catalog. Final capacity, plug structure, electrical configuration and destination-market requirements must be confirmed before quotation or production.

F92
Compact 5,000mAh AC platform with Type-C port and cable output.
F92 combines a compact AC charging structure with portable Type-C charging. It is a suitable starting point for projects prioritizing a narrow body, 5,000mAh capacity and up to 20W portable output.
Capacity: 5,000mAh / 18.5Wh
Power bank output: Up to 20W
Dimensions: 117 × 50.5 × 32mm
AC input: 100–240V AC, 50–60Hz, 0.3A maximum
Material: ABS and PC flame-retardant structure

F90
Compact 5,000mAh AC platform with watch wireless charging.
F90 adds a watch-charging function to an AC plug power bank platform. It is intended for projects that want wall charging, portable wired output and an additional wearable-device charging feature in one enclosure.
Capacity: 5,000mAh / 18.5Wh
Type-C output: Up to 22.5W
Lightning output: Up to 20W
Dimensions: 90.5 × 30 × 47mm
AC input: 100–240V AC, 50–60Hz, 0.3A maximum
Additional function: Watch wireless charging

F82-A / F82-B / F82-C / F82-D
AC plug platform family with Type-C cable, Lightning cable and USB-A output.
The F82 family uses a shared electrical and structural direction with multiple exterior versions. It is intended for projects that need several integrated wired charging options in a larger all-in-one enclosure.
Type-C cable output: Up to 22.5W
Lightning cable output: Up to 20W
USB-A output: Up to 22.5W
Dimensions: 116 × 61 × 28.5mm
Weight: 232g
AC input: 100–240V AC, 50–60Hz, 0.3A maximum
Exterior versions: F82-A, F82-B, F82-C and F82-D
| Model | Product Direction | Portable Output | Dimensions | Added Function |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| F92 | Compact Type-C AC platform | Up to 20W | 117 × 50.5 × 32mm | Type-C port and cable |
| F90 | AC and watch-charging platform | Type-C up to 22.5W | 90.5 × 30 × 47mm | Watch wireless charging |
| F82 Family | Integrated cable AC platform | Up to 22.5W | 116 × 61 × 28.5mm | Type-C, Lightning and USB-A |
03 / CONFIGURE THE PLATFORM
Start with the destination market and operating mode.
An AC plug power bank must be evaluated as both a wall-connected electrical product and a portable battery product. These five decisions help narrow the appropriate platform.
Destination market and plug standard
Identify the countries and outlet systems where the product will be sold and used. Plug feasibility depends on the selected platform, available mechanical space, electrical architecture and certification route.
Provide: destination countries, required plug type and sales channel.
Adapter mode and power bank mode
Adapter mode describes operation while connected to wall power. Power bank mode describes charging from the internal battery. Review the input and output specifications for both modes separately.
Provide: wall-connected output requirement and portable output requirement.
Battery capacity and enclosure size
Capacity affects body size, weight, portable runtime and retail positioning. Confirm the required battery capacity against the current production specification for the selected model.
Provide: required capacity, maximum dimensions and target product weight.
Cable and port configuration
Selected platforms combine Type-C, Lightning and USB-A functions. Define which connectors are required for input, output and integrated cable use before the electrical configuration is confirmed.
Provide: cable types, input ports, output ports and simultaneous-use expectations.
Additional charging functions
Selected AC plug platforms add functions such as watch wireless charging or multiple exterior versions. Additional functionality should be evaluated together with enclosure space, thermal requirements and destination-market compliance.
Provide: watch charging, display, exterior and multifunction requirements.
04 / PREPARE A USEFUL PROJECT BRIEF
The right AC platform starts with six answers.
Project inputs
1. Destination market — countries, outlet standards and sales channel
2. Adapter mode — required output while connected to wall power
3. Power bank mode — required portable input and output
4. Battery direction — capacity, dimensions and weight target
5. Interface layout — Type-C, Lightning, USB-A and built-in cables
6. Commercial direction — quantity, target price and launch schedule
What happens next?
ZEROSET reviews whether F92, F90, an F82 variant or another AC plug platform is the most suitable starting point.
The recommendation separates confirmed catalog data from project-dependent plug, electrical, structural, appearance, labeling and certification requirements.
AC Plug Power Bank FAQ
Find answers about customization, product development, production capability, lead time, and OEM/ODM cooperation.
What is an AC plug power bank?
An AC plug power bank combines wall-connected charging and an internal portable battery. It can operate in adapter mode while connected to an appropriate outlet and in power bank mode while charging from its internal battery.
What AC input range is listed for these platforms?
The cataloged AC platforms shown on this page list 100–240V AC, 50–60Hz input. Final plug design, electrical requirements and certification must be evaluated for the destination market.
Can the AC plug standard be changed for different markets?
Plug-standard feasibility depends on the selected platform, mechanical space, electrical architecture and certification route. It should be evaluated as a project requirement rather than assumed for every model.
What is the difference between adapter mode and power bank mode?
Adapter mode describes operation while the product is connected to wall power. Power bank mode describes charging from the internal battery. Each mode has separate input and output specifications.
Can an AC plug power bank include built-in cables?
Yes. Selected platforms combine Type-C and Lightning cables with USB-A or Type-C ports. The available interface combination depends on the selected enclosure and electrical platform.
Can an AC plug power bank include watch wireless charging?
Selected platforms, including F90, include a watch wireless charging function. Device compatibility and the final charging configuration should be confirmed for the intended ecosystem.
Is an AC plug power bank a universal travel adapter?
Not automatically. An integrated AC plug does not guarantee compatibility with every outlet, voltage requirement or destination-market regulation. Plug type, electrical design, labeling and certification must be evaluated separately.
What information is required for an OEM or ODM quotation?
Provide the destination market, plug standard, adapter-mode output, portable output, battery capacity, interface requirements, estimated quantity, packaging direction and launch schedule.
