MINISO Power Bank Manufacturing Case Study: F69 Sanrio, F76-B & F86
From Product Engineering to Retail Programs Across Multiple Markets
Our work with MINISO covers several very different power bank projects.
F69 began with a compact direct-plug platform and was developed into Sanrio versions for Kuromi, Cinnamoroll and My Melody. F76-B followed a different route: a 9,000mAh mini power bank with built-in cables, coordinated colors and international retail packaging. F86 moved into a larger 10,000mAh built-in-cable format for the China retail program.
What makes these projects useful as a manufacturing case is that we can trace more than the finished product. The available records cover engineering artwork, product color development, packaging, regional versions, production data and public retail evidence.
This page focuses only on MINISO power bank models and programs for which we have supporting project records or public evidence. MINISO works with different manufacturers across different products, so we do not present ZEROSET as the manufacturer of every MINISO power bank.

Three MINISO Power Banks, Three Different Retail Jobs
F69, F76-B and F86 were not three versions of the same idea.
F69 was built around portability and character appeal. Its small direct-plug format allowed the product to work as both a charging accessory and a Sanrio collectible.
F76-B was more functional and more international. Its 9,000mAh configuration, built-in cables and coordinated packaging made it easy to understand as an everyday MINISO portable charger.
F86 moved toward a larger 10,000mAh everyday format for the domestic retail program, using an integrated cable and a softer pastel color family.
Looking at the three together shows something important about retail power bank development: capacity alone does not define the product. Structure, cable configuration, color, packaging and the way the SKU is presented on the shelf all change its role.

Public Manufacturing Evidence for Specific MINISO Power Bank Models
PUBLIC MANUFACTURING EVIDENCE
MINISO F76-B · 9000mAh Mini Power Bank with Cable
Public Chinese product-inspection records identify Shenzhen Zeroset Creative Technology Co., Ltd. as the manufacturer for the specific F76-B product listed in the record.
One reason we are comfortable making this case model-specific is that public Chinese inspection records provide an independent reference.
For example, a government product-quality inspection record lists a MINISO F76-B 9,000mAh mini power bank with cable and identifies Shenzhen Zeroset Creative Technology Co., Ltd. as the manufacturing company. The same regulatory material also shows other MINISO power bank models produced by other manufacturers.
That distinction is important.
We are not saying that ZEROSET manufactures every MINISO power bank. We are saying that ZEROSET can be connected to specific MINISO models and programs through project files and, in some cases, public manufacturing records.
For a buyer evaluating an OEM or ODM supplier, exact model evidence is more useful than a broad logo claim.
MINISO F69 Sanrio Power Bank
One Small Power Bank, Three Character SKUs
The F69 project used the same compact direct-plug body for three Sanrio characters:
Kuromi in purple, Cinnamoroll in light blue, and My Melody in pink.
The hardware platform stayed largely consistent. What changed was the part the customer sees first: housing color, character artwork and the way each version was presented as part of the collection.
This is one of the advantages of platform-based product development. Instead of treating every character as a completely new power bank project, one finished structure can support several retail SKUs through CMF, artwork and packaging.
For MINISO, that creates a product family. For manufacturing, it reduces unnecessary engineering repetition.

MINISO Kuromi Power Bank F69 — Purple
The Kuromi version uses the darkest color in the three-product set.
The purple housing gives the character artwork stronger contrast and makes the product easy to distinguish when several Sanrio power banks are displayed together.
The important point is not simply that the housing is purple. The product, artwork and retail presentation need to feel like one version of the same collection.
That becomes increasingly important when a retailer carries several character SKUs at the same time.

MINISO Cinnamoroll Power Bank F69 — Light Blue
Cinnamoroll uses the same F69 structure but takes the product in a much softer visual direction.
The light-blue body changes the personality of the power bank without requiring a new fundamental hardware design.
For us, that is the practical value of a mature platform: engineering can stay stable while the visible product identity changes around the customer’s collection.

MINISO My Melody Power Bank F69 — Pink
The My Melody version completes the F69 Sanrio set with pink.
Placed beside the purple Kuromi and blue Cinnamoroll versions, it makes the collection easier to read as three related products rather than three unrelated portable chargers.
The project is a good example of how a small MINISO power bank can become more than a basic charging accessory through color and character development.

Where We Can Trace the MINISO F69 Power Bank in Retail
Pakistan
Pakistan gives us one of the clearest public matches.
MINISO Pakistan currently lists three exact Sanrio Characters 4500mAh Plug-in Type-C Power Bank Model: F69 products:
Kuromi, Cinnamoroll and My Melody.
All three appear in the official regional Sanrio collection, which provides a direct connection between the F69 model number, the 4,500mAh project configuration and the three character variants.
This is particularly useful because it takes the project beyond an internal engineering file and into a customer-facing MINISO retail page.
Kenya
MINISO Kenya provides a second official regional reference for F69.
Its product page identifies the Sanrio characters 4500mAh Plug-in Type-C Power Bank Model: F69, with Cinnamoroll and My Melody listed as available types.
The same page also places F69 inside a wider regional power bank category, where MINISO carries larger 10,000mAh built-in-cable products and other portable charging products.
That helps explain the role of F69 in the assortment: it sits at the small, portable and character-led end of the MINISO power bank range.
Chile
Chile gives us a different kind of evidence.
Here the useful record is a public shipment record rather than an official MINISO country product page. The visible record shows a shipment of 1,200 units of MINISO F69 4500mAh Type-C power banks into Chile.
We treat this as shipment evidence, not total retail sales.
That difference matters throughout this page. An import record can show that a product moved into a market; it cannot tell us how many units were eventually sold to consumers.

Why F69 Works as a Small Retail Power Bank
F69 is not trying to compete with a 10,000mAh or 20,000mAh power bank on maximum battery capacity.
Its value comes from being small enough to carry easily, simple enough to understand immediately, and visually flexible enough to support character collections.
That makes it suited to a very different type of purchase.
A customer looking for a MINISO Kuromi power bank or Cinnamoroll portable charger may be buying partly for charging convenience and partly because the product belongs to a character collection.
For a brand developing similar products, this is useful. A small direct-plug platform can support multiple colors, artwork directions or regional editions without turning every SKU into a completely new development project.
MINISO F76-B 9000mAh Power Bank with Cable
A Product Built for Everyday International Retail
F76-B was developed for a different job from F69.
There is no character license required to explain the product. The value is much more straightforward:
9,000mAh capacity, built-in cable convenience, compact proportions and a retail package that makes the product easy to understand.
The supplied international packaging files also show the product in several colors.
Product color and packaging color were developed together, so the different F76-B versions still look like one family when placed beside each other.
That simplicity may help explain why F76-B is the model for which we have found the broadest international retail evidence.

F76-B Packaging Was Part of the Product
The F76-B project is useful because the packaging files show much more than a logo placed on a generic box.
The retail system includes:
- a clear 9,000mAh capacity message;
- built-in cable communication;
- a front-window style presentation;
- coordinated colors;
- repeated layout across multiple SKUs;
- Pantone-controlled color references.
The box and the product were not treated as two separate projects.
If the product was blue, the package needed to make sense as the blue version. If the product changed to pink or purple, the packaging still needed to feel like the same F76-B family.
That sounds simple, but it becomes much more important when thousands of units are produced and several colors are displayed together.

F76-B Across Different MINISO Markets
Canada
Canada provides one of the clearest official references.
MINISO Canada lists the exact product as a 9000mAh Mini Power Bank with Cable, Model F76-B.
This is a useful match because the model number, product description and capacity all align with the international F76-B project configuration covered here.
Bahrain
MINISO Bahrain has also carried exact F76-B variants in multiple colors.
This market is useful when comparing the finished retail products with the color-family structure shown in the project packaging files.
Rather than one isolated listing, several colors help reinforce that F76-B was developed as a family of retail SKUs.
Hong Kong
Hong Kong adds another retail reference for the 9,000mAh F76-B through MINISO’s official flagship retail channel.
This is especially useful because the product title keeps the model number visible rather than replacing it with a generic “mini power bank” description.
Singapore
In Singapore, F76-B has appeared through named MINISO store channels.
That moves the evidence closer to the store level. Instead of seeing only a generic national product listing, we can connect the exact product to individual retail locations.
Myanmar
Named MINISO store channels in Myanmar have also shown F76-B in more than one color.
Again, the value here is not that every store must have sold the same volume. It is that the same exact model can be traced into another local retail environment.
Georgia
Georgia provides similar evidence through named Miniso store pages.
The product appears as an exact F76-B 9,000mAh model rather than a loosely similar portable charger.
Cambodia
Cambodia is particularly useful from a visual point of view.
Retail images make it possible to compare the finished F76-B packaging with the international packaging files from the project.
That kind of comparison—engineering artwork on one side and a finished retail package on the other—is one of the stronger forms of evidence for this page.

MINISO F76-B Shipment Signals: Philippines, Malaysia and International Project Scale
Philippines: publicly visible exact-model records show at least 2,544 F76-B units across two identifiable 2025 shipments (1,344 + 1,200). This is a shipment lower bound, not total retail sales.
Malaysia: one visible four-color F76-B shipment batch totals at least 1,056 units (240 pink + 288 purple + 240 white + 288 blue). Again, this is public shipment evidence rather than total consumer sell-through.
Internal international program: ZEROSET internal MINISO project records indicate a 100,000-unit international program using a 9000mAh dual-21700-cell configuration, Pantone-controlled color execution and matching packaging, consistent with the F76-B project materials.
MINISO F86 10000mAh Power Bank
The China Retail Program
F86 takes the product family in another direction.
It is a larger 10,000mAh built-in-cable power bank with a more conventional everyday charging role.
The supplied retail artwork shows light blue, pink, purple and cream versions using the same basic product and packaging language.
The product is less character-driven than F69, and the public international evidence is not as broad as F76-B.
Its importance in this case is scale.

F86 Packaging and Color Family
The F86 project uses one consistent visual framework across several colors.
The front presentation, product shape, capacity message and back information remain structured while the main CMF changes.
This makes the product easier to replenish and easier to recognize as a family in retail.
The supplied China retail artwork also shows a RMB99.9 retail price context for the project.
We treat that as part of the project artwork rather than a claim about the product’s current retail price.

F86 + F76-B at China Retail Scale
Internal project records group F86 and F76-B together in a China program totaling more than one million units across more than 1,000 stores.
The same internal record lists an after-sales rate below 1%.
These figures come from ZEROSET project records rather than MINISO corporate reporting, so they should be read only in the context of the specific programs recorded by us.
A more conservative way to describe the same experience is:
million-unit-scale production, nationwide retail deployment and a low recorded after-sales level.
For a manufacturer, this part of the case matters for a simple reason: making one good sample and repeatedly making the same product for a large retail program are two very different jobs.

MINISO Power Bank Global Retail Footprint
Public evidence does not have the same strength in every market.
For F69, Pakistan and Kenya provide the clearest official retail references, while Chile adds shipment evidence.
For F76-B, the footprint is broader. Exact-model retail evidence has been found across Canada, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Myanmar, Georgia and Cambodia, with additional public shipment records in the Philippines and Malaysia.
For F86, the evidence used in this case is concentrated in China.
We deliberately keep markets such as Indonesia, Qatar, the Maldives and other research leads outside the confirmed layer until stronger model-level evidence is available.
That makes the map smaller, but more useful.
What Brands Can Learn from MINISO Power Bank Programs
1. Start with a product platform, not a logo. A stable platform creates room for SKU families, regional versions and repeatable production.
2. Treat CMF and packaging as part of product strategy. F69 and F76-B show how product color and package design can create a more ownable retail family.
3. Use different structures for different retail jobs. A compact plug-in power bank, a 9000mAh cable-integrated model and a 10000mAh built-in-cable product should not be merchandised as if they were interchangeable.
4. Keep evidence model-specific. Large retailers use multiple manufacturing partners. A credible OEM/ODM case should show which exact products were supported.
See another compact-platform example in our REMAX F69 Thailand retail case study.
ZEROSET Power Bank OEM & ODM Capability
ZEROSET is a Dongguan-based power bank OEM and ODM manufacturer integrating industrial design, electronics, structural engineering, packaging development and mass-production execution.
Current company materials describe a business established in 2014 with a 6,000+ m² facility, 150+ employees, 5+ production lines and a 10-person in-house R&D/design team.
For buyers evaluating a power bank OEM ODM manufacturer, the value of the MINISO case is not to copy an existing MINISO product. The value is to apply the same development logic to a new brand: platform selection → CMF → packaging → regional version → production → retail execution.

Planning a Retail Power Bank Program?
If you already have a product concept, a reference model or a target retail position, send it to us.
We can review whether it makes more sense to start from an existing ZEROSET platform, modify a current product or develop a new private-mold design.
For projects involving multiple colors, character artwork, regional packaging or different connector versions, those requirements can be reviewed together at the beginning of the project rather than added after the product is already finished.
