Do I need a finished specification?
No. A link, image, sketch, current SKU or short description is enough to start a power bank OEM/ODM quote review.
What is the typical MOQ?
Mature OEM/private-label models typically start from 1,000 pcs per model. Deeper platform ODM or internal structural changes typically start from 2,000 pcs per model. Completely new private-mold development typically starts from 3,000 pcs per design. Standard color splits can start from 500 pcs per color within the total project MOQ.
What are the normal lead times?
Standard mature-model samples are typically 7–10 days after configuration confirmation, with mature-project mass production typically around 30 days. Deeper ODM, new tooling and completely new private-mold projects use a project-specific engineering, prototype, tooling and validation schedule.
Can ZEROSET support certification and transport documents?
Yes. Requirements are confirmed by SKU and market. Common support includes CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3, MSDS and IEC62133 where applicable.
Can I request a second-source quote?
Yes. Send the existing product, drawings or specification and note what must match or improve. If an existing platform fits, the project can start from the mature-model MOQ; deeper structural or tooling changes follow the applicable ODM or private-mold route.
What happens after I submit?
We review product fit and open commercial or engineering points, then return a shortlist, clarification list, quotation or sample plan.

What information has the biggest impact on a power bank quotation?
The selected model or architecture, quantity, battery configuration, charging power, cable or port layout, customization depth, packaging, certification scope and destination market all affect the quotation.
Can I request pricing for several capacities or power levels at once?
Yes. List each required configuration separately so 5K, 10K, 20K or different wattage versions are not mixed into one undefined quotation. Each final SKU should have its own clear specification and quantity.
Are certification costs included automatically in the unit price?
Certification scope should be confirmed for the exact SKU and market. When certification is required as part of the project, the applicable cost and allocation method should be stated in the quotation rather than assumed.
