01 / HIGH-POWER PLATFORM SELECTION

Higher wattage is only one part of a reliable high-power platform.

Selecting a high-power power bank requires more than choosing the largest wattage number. The power bank must provide charging profiles that correspond to the target device while maintaining suitable battery discharge capability, temperature control and protection performance.

ZEROSET’s current catalog includes 35W and 45W USB-C PD platforms with built-in charging cables. For projects requiring higher output, we can evaluate a 65W USB-C PD development route supporting up to 20V DC 3.25A, subject to platform feasibility, cell selection, enclosure design, thermal validation and final certification requirements.

A 65W rating is a custom development direction, not a standard specification of every ZEROSET model.

Laptop compatibility depends on the voltage and current profiles accepted by the target laptop. Device models and charging requirements should be confirmed before the final specification is approved.

03 / OEM & ODM CONFIGURATION

Configure the platform around your target devices and usage conditions.

Target Device and Required Output

Define the smartphones, tablets, laptops or other USB-C devices that the product must charge. Their accepted voltage profiles and desired charging speed determine the appropriate output direction.

USB-C PD Voltage Profiles

Confirm the required 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V and 20V profiles rather than specifying wattage alone. A device can only use the charging profiles supported by both the power bank and the device.

Battery Capacity and Cell Architecture

Capacity, cell voltage, discharge capability and physical arrangement affect maximum output, operating time, enclosure dimensions and thermal performance.

Thermal and Protection Design

Higher sustained output requires suitable heat management, PCB design and protection logic. The final product should be evaluated under the intended charging load and environmental conditions.

Interface and Cable Layout

Depending on the selected platform, the interface configuration can include a USB-C port, built-in USB-C cable, Lightning cable and USB-A output. Simultaneous-output behavior must be defined in the final specification.

Appearance and Brand Customization

Available project directions include housing colors, logo application, surface finishing, display presentation, packaging and accessory configuration. Deeper structural changes require engineering evaluation.

04 / OUTPUT SELECTION GUIDE

Choose the output level according to the real charging scenario.

Project inputs

  1. 35W Direction-Suitable for high-speed smartphone charging, many tablets, compact mobile devices and selected low-power USB-C computers. B97 offers a compact 35W direction, while B102 combines 35W output with a larger battery platform.
  2. 45W Direction-Suitable for brands targeting tablets, mobile productivity and selected compatible USB-C laptops that accept up to 20V/2.25A. G102Max is the current representative 45W platform.
  3. 65W Development Direction-Suitable for projects requiring a higher-output USB-C PD route of up to 20V/3.25A. A 65W project requires separate feasibility analysis covering battery cells, PCB design, temperature control, enclosure structure, device compatibility and certification planning.

If 22.5W output is sufficient and integrated cable convenience is the main requirement, compare ZEROSET’s standard built-in cable power bank platforms before selecting a higher-power configuration.

High-Power PD Power Bank FAQ

Find answers about customization, product development, production capability, lead time, and OEM/ODM cooperation.

A high-power PD power bank supports USB-C Power Delivery profiles at higher output levels, such as 35W or 45W. It is intended for faster charging of compatible phones, tablets, mobile devices and selected USB-C laptops.

ZEROSET’s current catalog includes the B97 and B102 with maximum 35W USB-C output and the G102Max with maximum 45W USB-C output.

Yes. ZEROSET can evaluate a customized 65W development route supporting up to 20V/3.25A. Feasibility depends on the selected cells, PCB architecture, enclosure, thermal performance, protection design and certification requirements.

They can charge selected compatible USB-C laptops when the laptop accepts one of the power bank’s supported PD voltage and current profiles. The exact laptop model should be checked before the product specification is confirmed.

A wattage rating does not guarantee compatibility by itself. The power bank and target device must support a corresponding voltage and current profile, such as 15V or 20V, for the expected charging performance.

B97 is the more compact 35W option. B102 provides 35W output with a larger 20,000mAh-class battery platform. G102Max provides up to 45W USB-C output for higher-demand tablet and selected laptop applications.

Not necessarily. When multiple outputs are used at the same time, total power may be redistributed between the connected devices. The required simultaneous-output behavior should be defined and confirmed in the final product specification.

Yes. Customization can include logo application, housing colors, surface finishing, display presentation, packaging and accessories. Structural or electrical changes require separate engineering evaluation.
