Power Bank MOQ & Lead Time Reference
A buyer reference for understanding ZEROSET power bank MOQ and lead-time routes across mature models, color splits, deeper ODM modification and complete new private-mold development.
MOQ and timing depend on the development depth, not the word “custom.”
Mature models, deeper platform modification and complete new private-mold development follow different commercial baselines and should be evaluated separately.
ZEROSET MOQ & Lead Time at a Glance
Use these as the current planning baseline, then confirm the exact model, customization, packaging, certification and schedule.
Mature ModelsFrom 1,000 pcs / model / design. Standard Colors
From 500 pcs / color within the total project MOQ. Deep Platform ODM
From 2,000 pcs / model. New Private Mold
From 3,000 pcs / design. Standard Sample
Typically 7–10 days for mature models. Mass Production
Typically ~30 days after required approvals for mature projects.
Final MOQ and timing vary by model, customization, packaging, certification and production schedule.
What Can Change MOQ or Timing?
Check the project-specific constraints before confirming quantity or shipment timing.
01 · Product & PlatformMature model, deep ODM or full new development changes MOQ and engineering scope. 02 · Color & CMF
Special Pantone, coating, resin or material effects may need separate evaluation. 03 · Packaging & Approval
Artwork, proofing, printing and inserts can add their own timeline. 04 · Components & Compliance
Special cells, PCBAs, cables, tooling or market testing can add thresholds and lead time.
How to Read the Lead-Time Clock
Before the Clock Starts
Freeze the model/spec, sample state, packaging/artwork, required documents and commercial release conditions.
Mature-Project Production
Typically ~30 days after approvals, release conditions and material readiness are complete.
Deep ODM / New Private Mold
Engineering, tooling, prototype, validation and certification follow a separate project schedule.
Buyer check: define the clock-start event and separate sample/approval time from mass production.

Power Bank MOQ & Lead Time FAQ
What is ZEROSET's MOQ for mature models?
Current mature models and existing private-mold selections are evaluated from 1,000 pcs per model / design.
Can the order be split into different colors?
Standard or available colors can typically be split from 500 pcs per color, while the total project MOQ still applies.
How long do standard samples and mass production take?
For mature projects, standard samples are typically 7–10 days and mass production is typically around 30 days, subject to approvals, packaging, certification requirements and the production schedule.
Do deep ODM and new private-mold projects use the same lead time?
No. Deep platform ODM and complete new private-mold development require separate engineering confirmation for prototype, tooling, validation and transfer to mass production.
What can change the quoted MOQ or shipment date?
Model, customization depth, special colors, packaging, components, certification/document work, buyer approvals and the current production schedule can all change the final project basis.
Additional Power Bank MOQ & Lead Time FAQ
What is the MOQ for deeper platform ODM?
Internal structural or deeper platform ODM normally starts from 2,000 pcs per model, subject to engineering feasibility and the exact modification scope.
What is the MOQ for a completely new private mold?
Complete new private-mold development starts from 3,000 pcs per design, with tooling and engineering scope reviewed separately.
Does packaging customization affect lead time?
Yes. Custom boxes, inserts, manuals, artwork approval and special packaging materials can add time beyond the standard mature-model production schedule.
Can certification work affect the shipment schedule?
Yes. If testing, report updates, labeling changes or market-specific documentation are required, they should be planned before the committed shipment date.
When is a lead time considered confirmed?
Lead time is most reliable after the model, customization scope, packaging, approval status, required documents and production schedule are all confirmed.
Need an MOQ or Lead-Time Estimate for a Specific Model?
Send the exact model, quantity, customization scope, colors, packaging and target market. ZEROSET can map the project to the correct development route and current commercial basis.
